Hi, today let’s take a look at Doric E sent to me by VOOPOO. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

► VOOPOO DORIC E; First Impressions:
DORIC E is a rather small entry-level device, however its maximum output of 25W undoubtedly allows users to start their journey towards MTL vaping with a little taste of RDL vaping. The cartridge’s 3ml e-liquid capacity and built-in 1500mAh battery capacity with adjustable power up to 25W, are enough to reduce users’ worry about frequent charging of the cell and cartridge. The 3 real-time LED lights indicate power and battery level. Adjustable double hole symmetrical stepless airflow adjustment, will provide users with adequate flavor for MTL Vaping. The tube form factor of DORIC E Pod (Pen) is truly “user friendly” and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.
With a base diameter of approximately 25mm the device stands up stably. On the bottom there is the Tipe-C charging port. The Gene Chip supports 5V/1.5A charging and VooPoo recommends using the included cable. The internal 1500mAh battery takes approximately 1 hour to fully recharge.
► VOOPOO DORIC E; Led Light:
Doric E is mainly covered in leather, however from the front it shows the robust zinc alloy frame. At the top there is the Fire button which is elongated and slightly protruding, easily reachable by the fingers. At the bottom there is a system of 3 LED lights that are activated every time the device is used, both via the Fire button and via automatic extraction.
The color of the LED light indicates the current battery charge status as follows:
• Green light: Battery level high.
• Blue light: Medium battery charge level.
• Red Light: Low battery level.
With 5 clicks you can turn the device on/off; with 3 clicks you can select 3 different power levels:
• 1 Light on: Low power level.
• 2 Lights on: Medium power level.
• 3 Lights on: High power level.
► VOOPOO DORIC E; Air Flow Control:
DORIC E, follows the classic design engraved on the handle of the DRAG series. The leather covering largely hugs the perimeter of the device, the overall look is cleverly interspersed with bare zinc alloy parts, the zinc alloy gives the Doric E great robustness, the weight remains pleasantly light. All this benefits the great portability and pocketability of the device.
In the upper part of the rear area there is a robust air flow regulation system, the knob is made of metal and does not fear mistreatment. You can then adjust the two opposing buttonholes bilaterally.

► VOOPOO DORIC E; Compartment/Pod:
The pod compartment contains the spring-loaded and gold-plated contact pins, there is also the sensor for the automatic puff which is raised above the bottom. The cartridge fits directly onto the Mod and uses a simplified interlocking system without magnets, the insertion is quite effective.
► VOOPOO ITO POD; Full Compatible Platform:
DORIC E Kit is equipped with the 3ml VOOPOO ITO cartridge, the pre-installed 0.7Ω ITO coil supports VOOPOO ITO atomization technology for MTL vaping.
The VOOPOO ITO Pod 3mL for the Doric E is also fully compatible with the Doric 20, Doric 20 SE and Doric Q.

The transparent PCTG cartridge has a classic circular design, the drip-tip is fixed and non-removable and the filling takes place from the side. The “ITO Anti-Leakage Structure” system of this cartridge provides two slots with an air passage inside a rather elaborate cavity, this proven solution effectively protects the Mod from the condensation of the electronic liquid. The Doric E chipset is capable of supporting 0.4/0.7Ω/1.0Ω/1.2Ω ITO coils.
► VOOPOO DORIC E; Final conclusions:
For this Test I received an eye-catching Orange colored version of DORIC E Kit, the metal and leather parts blend together perfectly, confirming once again the high level of finishing that an important brand like VOOPOO applies without distinction to its products, whether they are entry level or higher range products. This Kit is super pocket-sized and extremely comfortable thanks to its small size and ergonomic form factor. The 1,500mAh internal battery is interfaced with a bright LED light system, this system allows the user to monitor all the information in an immediate and rational way. The ITO Pod cartridge has a good 3ml e-liquid capacity (2ml TPD) and its transparency allows you to view the internal e-juice level clearly. The filling is quite convenient and the platform of ITO Coils has a full range to fully support the MTL/RDL user. The supplied 0.7Ω ITO coils really meet my tastes and therefore I liked them a lot, they are optimally managed by the very valid bilateral adjustable air flow system that is installed on DORIC E. Using the medium or high power step and completely opening the flow; you get dense clouds of vapor with a rather high flavor, with this coil you can also get a strong throat hit, simply by narrowing the airflow adjustment. MTL users will find great satisfaction using the low or medium power step combined with the 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω ITO Coils. After about a week of testing with Doric E I was able to appreciate several positive aspects; I liked the automatic extraction system which is very sensitive and responsive with any degree of opening of the airflow. I must also say a positive note regarding the valid functioning of the VooPoo anti-condensation system which reduces maintenance to a minimum. VOOPOO has produced another winning device, don’t miss it.
